The nickel finish I picked looks almost silver in daylight, and the fabric cable has a nice weight to it that hangs straight without twisting. It took me ten minutes to swap out the rose for a smaller one to fit my ceiling, which was easy enough. Exactly the custom look I was going for in the dining

The old English brass holder gave it just the right vintage look I wanted, and the fabric cable feels surprisingly sturdy. Was a bit fiddly threading it through the ceiling rose, but once up it hangs perfectly and gives off a lovely warm glow. Exactly what I needed to finish the hallway.

The old English brass holder has a nice patina that feels more aged than shiny, exactly what I wanted for the hallway. Only wish the fabric cable came in a slightly thicker gauge, but the custom length made installation a breeze.
