"Poe" Table Lamp

The Poe table lamp is designed to cast light upward, creating a soft, ambient glow within a room. An upturned bone china shade is paired with an opal globe, allowing light to diffuse evenly and lift the surrounding space.

Suited to living areas, shelving, or side tables, Poe works best where atmosphere is the priority rather than task lighting. It adds warmth and presence to a room, contributing to the overall mood without directing light onto a specific surface.

Poet's Corner Collection

"Poe" is part of the Poet’s Corner Collection, a series of table lamps designed to bring greater structure and architectural presence to surface lighting. Across the collection, solid wood and bone china are used to explore contrast and proportion, shaping contemporary forms from traditional materials.

The name Poet’s Corner reflects where these lamps feel most at home — on writing desks and in the everyday spaces where softer light supports quieter moments. It also nods to Poet’s Corner in Hove, a neighbourhood close to our workshop — a place we once lived, and one still closely tied to our own sense of home.

Customisation

Every "Poe" table lamp is made to order and can be personalised with a choice of wood finishes, fabric cable colours, and a black or white plug-and-switch. These details allow each lamp to feel personal and considered, whether you prefer a restrained neutral palette or a more expressive pop of colour, it's entirely up to you.
